Original Oil Painting | 6 x 6 Inches

Simple subjects often possess extraordinary beauty. Portrait of a Cherry celebrates the quiet elegance of a single cherry illuminated against a warm, atmospheric background. Painted with rich oil colors and expressive brushwork, this small still life transforms an everyday fruit into a timeless study of light, form, and color.

I wanted it to look like a regal portrait of a single cherry with a stem.. Inspired by the traditions of classical still life painting, this piece embraces simplicity while inviting viewers to slow down and appreciate the beauty found in ordinary moments.

With its intimate scale and warm palette, Portrait of a Cherry makes a wonderful addition to a kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, or gallery wall. It is equally suited for collectors of contemporary still life paintings and lovers of small original artworks.
